User Obligations
Account Security

- •Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- •You are responsible for all account activities
- •Enable two-factor authentication for security
Patient Data & HIPAA
- •Obtain patient consent to store health information
- •Comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and healthcare regulations
- •You are the Covered Entity; we are your Business Associate
- •Maintain safeguards for patient data access

Prohibited Activities
- Illegal, unlawful, or fraudulent purposes
- Violating laws (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA)
- Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
- Uploading viruses or malware
- Spamming or phishing
- Harassing or abusing users

Subscription & Billing
Subscription Plans
- •Select a plan with specified features and limits
- •Pricing is exclusive of applicable taxes
- •Monthly plans renew automatically
- •Annual plans renew after 12 months
Cancellation & Refunds
- •Cancel anytime from account settings
- •Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
- •No refunds for partial months or unused features
- •Cancel free trial anytime without charge

Limitation of Liability

Damage Limitations

Termination
Termination by You
- •Cancel your subscription anytime
- •Provide 30 days notice before non-renewal
Termination by AuraDent
- •Immediate termination if you violate Terms
- •Immediate termination for fraudulent activities
- •Termination if payment fails after 5 days

We may update these Terms anytime. We will notify you of material changes by email or notice on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
